Our Work
Join the Movement, Make a Difference
WHAT WE DO
Leveraging our expertise and resources within the Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) framework, we enhance capacity through impactful training sessions designed to catalyse change among individuals in addressing diverse issues.
Our focus is on empowering government bodies, CSOs, NGOs, and stakeholders to plan interventions, organise community events, and craft public messages that effectively promote positive societal change.
Our mission is to advocate for and institutionalise the SBC and Behavioural Insights (BI) frameworks to foster positive social and behavioural change, with a particular emphasis – though not limited to – issues affecting youth and adolescents.

OUR MILESTONE
We’ve achieved several milestones, including:
Building capacity through developing SBCC training modules tailored for various sectors such as youth, health, media and communication.
Hosting SBCC and Behavioural Insights training sessions, symposiums and workshops.
Leading research projects focused on youth and adolescents.
Establishing partnerships with engaged stakeholders.
WHERE WE WORK ON
Our focus areas are:
Youth and Adolescent
We are dedicated to encouraging behaviour modification on various youth issues, including health risk behaviours, education, youth empowerment, substance abuse, volunteerism, and mental health.
These issues significantly impact the well-being of Malaysia’s youth, which directs the focus of the UPM-UNICEF C4D Programme.
Social Well-being
We envision a society that is both physically and mentally healthier, with positive and constructive approaches to various issues, where care and respect are extended to every member. To realise this vision we aim at social inclusion to represent diverse backgrounds, environmental sustainability to preserve our planet, and mental health support to address the often-overlooked needs of today’s fast-paced world.
Stigma & Discrimination
Stigma and discrimination hinder social and behavioural change in sensitive areas like Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRHR), gender issues, and disability rights. While stakeholders recognise the need for change, they often face challenges in addressing these issues within societal norms. Our goal is to empower stakeholders with tailored strategies to navigate these complexities effectively for societal benefit.

Our Stakeholders
Our expertise and resources within the SBC framework are particularly beneficial for individuals in the following dedicated roles:
- Government and local authorities or agencies
- Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Community-Based Organisations (CBOs)
- Academics and educational institutions
- Practitioners in health, media, communication, environment, and related fields
- Corporate sector and private institutions

The training taught me how to explore common barriers that may prevent youth from engaging in initiatives and provided insights into addressing these barriers through targeted messaging that is relevant and appealing to them, encouraging greater participation.

Terbaik! Best sangat! Semua facilitator guide kita tanpa jemu. Kena tambah bilangan facilitator sebab semua facilitator menjadi rebutan. Setiap sesi menusuk ke kalbu sebab sangat related. Nak suruh semua orang tahu pasal perkara ni especially my family, circle and NGO.
