PROJECT COLLABORATION

Behaviour Nudges Implementation

December 2023 – May 2024  |  NobleDr+

We recommended the NobleDr+ team to incorporate SBCC principles by using the “Let’s Talk About This” comic book as the core educational tool for schoolchildren. To boost student engagement, a reward system featuring bookmarks and stickers was introduced, encouraging participation in activities and driving a 33% increase in comic book completion rates. Additionally, fostering a “help-seeking” culture was achieved by displaying uplifting posters with positive affirmations in key school areas. Floor stickers further guided students to the counsellor’s office, making support services more approachable and creating a welcoming environment.

Behaviour Insight Project For Hospital Organisation

September 2024 – ongoing  |  Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Syah, UPM

An ongoing collaboration between UPM-UNICEF C4D and HSAAS aims to enhance hospital services by improving interpersonal communication among healthcare workers through the SBCC approach. The partnership also encourages hospitals to implement behavioural insights initiatives to boost communication scores among health workers, ultimately improving patient care and workplace interactions.
