Modeling the roles of self-esteem and friendship in middle adolescents perceived early interaction-social competence relationship

Research Background

Our current research is on the social factors of middle adolescents’ competencies. The factors that we studied are self-esteem,  perceived early interaction with family and parents and friendship.  By studying these constructs in relation to social competence, it can provide valuable insights into how we might promote healthy development and prevent negative outcomes among middle adolescents.

Current Progress

We are currently awaiting proposal approval from MOE and JPN Selangor for the data collection of research.
